We examined Airflow scheduler logs and figured out that scheduler just doesnt try to grab new tasks while long-running task is running. ![]() The DAGs list may not update, and new tasks will not be scheduled. If you try to re-run the airflow scheduler daemon process this will almost certainly produce the file $AIRFLOW_HOME/airflow-scheduler.err which will tell you that lockfile.AlreadyLocked: /home/ubuntu/airflow/airflow-scheduler.pid is already locked. On this page, we should find the DAG runs that don’t want to run, select them, and click the ‘With selected’ menu option. In the menu, click the ‘Browse tab, and open the ‘DAG Runs’ view.
